Below are the guest rates for Kosy Grove.  Some holiday, peak season and special event weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) require a two-night minimum stay.

1st Floor: $200/night - Sleeps 2 (First floor, handicap accessible, private bath)

Entire House: $600/night (Kosy Grove can accommodate up to eight (8) guests)

Corporate Events: Contact us for rates (First floor of house and grounds)

Gazebin and patio areas only: Contact us for rates (ideal for picnics, family reunions, birthdays)

Weddings: Special arrangements can be made to accommodate your wedding day. Please call for more information.
